The Pool House is a blocked built structure with a wonderful wood façade that keeps it very cool in summer, it consisting of four bedrooms, lounge, with corner kitchen, and shower room, with double sinks and toilet, all decorated to a high standard.

The Pool house also has a large garage attached with a large upstairs area, which could be converted, to additional accommodation if necessary.

There is also have a stable behind La Genvrie, situated in the paddock, this again could be converted to a small Gite.
