The Pool House is a lovely tastefully furnished and decorated 4 Bedroomed detached Swiss style bungalow set in 6 acres of land (only shared with one other Gite 100 yards away). Being a bungalow The Pool House lends its self very well to people who are mildly disabled and can't climb stairs but there is the front door step and there are two steps going down to the bathroom and two of the bedrooms. The four double bedrooms are set out as follows 3 bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has twin beds there is also a double bed settee in the lounge bringing the total accommodation capacity to 10 besides the bedrooms there is a lovely L shaped lounge kitchen dining room the kitchen has the usual modern appliances microwave etc. The automatic washing machine is situated around the back of the house so as you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of your holiday in France with out the noise of the washing machine. There is a fenced in front garden area ideal for keeping toddlers in so you don't have to keep your eye on them to much, there is also the BBQ in the front garden area along with table and chairs so as in the evening you can relax after your BBQ and enjoy the lovely French country side. The Pool House is completely surrounded by the rolling country side of the Loire Valley. Besides the Swimming pool , Jacuzzi, and hot tub there are swings, table tennis table, badminton nets plus board games an ideal setting with lovely accommodation for your holiday in France. Our local village is Jarze which is 1 mile away, in this lovely sleepy village is a Boulanger (butchers but almost general store) Patissierie, chemist, tabac and a Cafe .
