La Doliniere is a 7 bedroom detached farm house gite set in 4 acres of land with its own private swimming pool (38ft x 17ft). The views from La Doliniere are stunning miles and miles of rolling Loire valley farm land and forest with the odd farm house and chateau dotted around. La Doliniere is an ideal tranquil country setting for anyone to completely relax whilst on holiday in France. Deer, Hares, Squirrels and hedgehogs are regular visitors to the grounds of La Doliniere. The accommodation in La Doliniere is set out as follows there are two bedrooms upstairs with lovely views, the green bedroom shown in the pictures is one of the upstairs bedrooms, also upstairs is a beautiful lounge with exposed beams this lounge is approximately 28ft x 26.5ft also upstairs is a bathroom with W.C, shower and bath. Downstairs there is a ample sized dining room , kitchen and bathroom with W.C and shower. La Doliniere has 5 ground floor bedrooms two of which have doors going out onto the back patio area with stunning views of the valley. La Doliniere lends its self very well to people who do not like climbing stairs or who are mildly disabled with its 5 downstairs bedrooms 3 of which have extra wide doors for wheelchair access. There is also a lounge/diner and kitchen area at this end of the building with its own separate Shower room with W.C. again with doors wide enough for wheelchair access. Car parking is right outside of the front door although there is a gradient going down to the swimming pool and there are no special facilities for people getting in and out of the swimming pool. Outside of the main kitchen door is a lovely large slate roofed Gazebo area Just visible on the photograph (on left looking at the picture) where we are sure you will enjoy eating with the beautiful views and you can keep your eye on the kids in the pool. Enjoy the beautiful countryside of the Loire Valley France and make the most of your holiday in France. P.S its no good rushing in this part of France everything is done at a different pace so just relax and enjoy your holiday in France.

Although you feel in perfect peace and not to mention quiet, The village of Jarze is only 1 mile away although Jarze is only small it has a bar, a tabac, post office,Chemist, Patisserie and a general store.

On entering the first floor from the staircase you enter a long wide landing giving access to the two upstairs double bedrooms, bathroom and lounge see pictures below.
