Angers is a beautiful old city which incidently is the capital city of this region of France it has a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere. There is an amazing range of culture and heritage in Angers from ancient to modern. There are lots of things to do and see in Angers for people of all ages and interests. Angers is another Jewel of the Loire Valley and again is within easy driving range of our holiday Gites, apartments and houses; self catering is okay most of the time but Angers has some lovely restaurants and cafes. Angers is certainly worth spending a whole day visiting whilst on holiday in France
